April 26 Free Self Defense Class

The class is being held this Saturday from 4-6PM at the Gladys Allen Brigham Center in Pittsfield. April is Sexual Assault and Awareness Month and the Berkshire County Commission on the Status of Women is sponsoring this event. No experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome.
